I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent purchase from this site. I ordered a [product name] with a specific cover design, but what I received was a completely different cover. I was looking forward to using the product, but the incorrect cover made it unusable for me.

To make matters worse, I emailed the customer support team about the issue, and it's been [number] days without a response. No acknowledgement, no apology, no solution. It's frustrating to be ignored after making a purchase.

The product itself may be good, but the company's quality control and customer service are severely lacking. I'm extremely disappointed in the experience and would think twice before making another purchase from this site

I ordered taitinium cover and they sent me a normal plastic case for 800₹ they are fraud no contact details and website is also new don’t trust

I placed order for IPhone 13 Pro titanium case, but they delivered some cheap case for some other android phone, no customer support email id or phone number they mentioned. Don’t buy they are fraudster. They can fraud once not every time . Good lesson learnt for me not to buy any product from Instagram collaborated page.

Please do not buy from this site they have sent me normal silicon covers instead of aluminium cover
